North and south stacks are held apart by a sky terrace at Level 17, and the massing is set back behind a tennis court and a lap pool rather than pushed against the street.
The site is a redevelopment of the former Pastoral View, a plot Far East Organization has held since 2010. That long ownership shows in the planning. At roughly 51,395 square feet supporting only 133 homes, the density is deliberately restrained, and the ground plane is given back to landscaping rather than surrendered to a large facilities footprint.
Greenery is worked into the building rather than laid alongside it.
